Attic Treasures Thrift Nook

Attic Treasures is now a permanent fixture in the Grimes Center.  It is open on various days throughout the month.  Volunteers are needed to help collect goods, stock shelves and be available when it is open.

Who should participate?

Anyone with time and energy to help.

 

Fun Fair

Our annual parish carnival provides fun and funds for our parish.  This event is held the first two weeks of May (Wednesday through Saturday).

Who should participate?

Parishioners of all ages are asked to help with the Fun Fair. 

 

Italian Night Committee

The Italian Night Social is held each Spring to celebrate the Italian ancestry of many of our parishioners and to come together for a good time.  Sumptuous food, live entertainment and lots of fun are in store for those who attend this event.

Who should participate?

Whether you are Italian or not, all are welcome to be on this committee.

 

Scouting

Volunteers help develop future leaders of our community, parish and country with activities that foster qualities of high character, good conduct, patriotism and service.

What does it involve?

Scout leaders teach skills, respect for country, community and self, encourage service and promote teamwork.

Who should participate?

Scouting is for boys and girls ages 5-17 years.  Adults are needed to lead packs and troops.  Mentoring and support resources are available.

 

Senior Citizens

The Senior Citizens Group provides an opportunity to gather to discuss good times, plan trips and socialize.  Card playing is held on alternating Mondays at 11:00 a.m. in the Grimes Center.

Open to all persons 55 and over
