For the past several years, St. Denis has piloted a program on the parish level that the Archdiocese introduced some time ago called the “Sponsor-A-Student” program.  This program is an appeal to the entire parish community to help provide a Catholic Education here at St. Denis School for parents who desire it but who, because of financial struggles, are not able to afford to send their child/children to St. Denis School. Indeed, over these years we have been blessed with an extremely positive response that has enabled us to welcome and to sustain our enrollment here at St. Denis.

A mailing has been sent out to the entire parish.  While we have worked very hard in attempting to keep our tuition increases to a reasonable percentage, we still face substantial budgetary increases each year.  We share this with you simply to show that just as you individual household costs increase, so too our costs of operation increase at the same or at a greater pace.  All this confirms why your generosity is so very valuable to us and to all of our families.  Please consider the possibility of sharing in the special ministry of Catholic Education here at St. Denis by contributing to the “Sponsor-A-Student” fund.
