Dear Parishioner,
The Parish Office is in the process of updating the information for each member of St. Denis Parish. We sincerely appreciate your taking the time and effort to fill out the attached form completely, so our records can be as accurate as possible. In order for us to continue to minister to the members of our parish family, please understand that by not returning this census form to us your family will be made inactive; which means that future mailings will not be sent and re-registration will be required if any documentation (letters of eligibility for sacraments, etc.) are needed from the Parish. Our sincere desire is to make our household records as accurate as possible. We thank you for understanding that this request is necessary as we currently have 2300 families registered in our parish, with over 7000 members. Please feel free to return the form to us via mail, the collection basket, School or RES. We are also enclosing another request for adult children who are no longer members but have graduated from St. Denis School. We currently have a large alumni database, and any information that can be provided for this group would be very much appreciated.
Also, if you are one of our parishioners who are homebound and not able to attend Church, and are not currently receiving visits from a Priest or Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion please indicate that on your form. We have many ministers willing and able to visit our shut-ins, and our Parish family feels strongly that we meet these needs.
